Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbs baking Powder
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp applesauce
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp baking soda

Directions:
1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add milk and oil to the bowl.
3. Add vanilla and applesauce to the bowl.
4. Mix until smooth.
5. Spoon pancake mix onto hot griddle.
6. Flip and cook other side.
7. Enjoy!
