Vegan Chile

Ingredients:
1 red bell pepper
4 cloves garlic diced
1 onion diced
1 can (15 ounces) tomatoes diced
3-4 cups vegetable stock
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 can kidney beans
1 can navy beans
Directions:
Place all items in the crockpot and let it cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
